What is the Manassas Chorale Virtual Spring Concert?
In lieu of a live performance, the Manassas Chorale will premiere “My Favorite Decade,” a virtual concert video, on Saturday June 5, 2021. The video will go live on YouTube at 7:30 PM. The link will be posted on the website homepage and on our Facebook page.
What is “Make an Online Concert Donation”?
We are asking concert viewers to make a one-time donation in support of the Chorale in any amount you choose. A suggested amount is the cost of one or two concert tickets ($20 or $40) that you may have paid to hear a live performance, but we appreciate any amount!
What if I don’t want to pay online?
You can make a concert donation by mailing a check if you don’t wish to use your credit card online. Instructions are on the website homepage.
How do I “win a CD from guest star Darden Purcell”?
Concert donors of $40 and above will automatically be entered in a drawing to win one of Darden Purcell’s CDs, “Where the Blue Begins.” Online donors must provide an email and mailing address. If donating by check, please include a phone number or email in addition to mailing address. Online donors must donate by the close of the campaign on Jun 23; checks must be postmarked by Jun 23. Four winners will be chosen and notified in July.
Is the concert video only available to watch on June 5 at 7:30 PM?
No. We hope you’ll watch LIVE with us at that time! But after premiering, the video will remain on YouTube for you to watch at your convenience.
However, “Concert Donations” will only be open through June 23.
